Free Daily Wellness Calls for Seniors Across All Desert Communities
Living in the Coachella Valley offers beautiful desert living, but the vast distances between communities, extreme summer temperatures, and seasonal migration patterns can make it challenging for families to ensure their senior loved ones are safe every day.
65 Check provides free automated daily wellness check calls to seniors aged 65 and older throughout the entire Coachella Valley, from Desert Hot Springs to Thermal, and everywhere in between.
Whether your loved one lives in Palm Springs, one of the incorporated cities, or in unincorporated desert communities like Thousand Palms or Mecca, our service ensures they receive a caring check-in call every single day.
Unique challenges of Coachella Valley living require unique solutions
Summer temperatures in the Coachella Valley regularly exceed 110°F. Our daily calls help ensure seniors are staying cool, hydrated, and safe during dangerous heat waves that can be life-threatening for older adults.
Many families leave the valley during summer months. When you're away, 65 Check keeps watch over your loved ones who stay behind, providing daily contact and emergency escalation when needed.
The Coachella Valley spans over 45 miles from north to south. When daily in-person visits aren't practical due to distance, our automated calls bridge the gap while maintaining independence.
We coordinate with local emergency services throughout Riverside County. When a senior doesn't respond to our calls, we immediately escalate to the appropriate local PSAP agency for your specific area.

Simple, automated, and designed for seniors
Register online or by phone. We'll ask for your location to ensure we connect you with the right local emergency services. Service is completely free - no fees, ever.
Every day at the same time, your loved one receives an automated wellness call. They simply press a button to confirm they're okay. Calls are available in English and Spanish.
If there's no response, the system automatically retries. We understand that seniors might be in the shower, outside, or simply away from the phone momentarily.
If your loved one still doesn't respond after multiple attempts, we immediately notify the appropriate local emergency service agency (PSAP) in your area. Emergency responders are dispatched to check on their wellbeing.
Family members receive updates when emergency services are contacted, keeping you informed even when you're far from the valley.
65 Check works directly with Riverside County emergency services to ensure rapid response when needed. When a senior doesn't respond to wellness calls, we escalate to the appropriate PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) agency based on their exact location in the Coachella Valley.
This coordination means emergency responders arrive knowing they're responding to a wellness check for a registered senior, allowing for appropriate and efficient response.
Join hundreds of Coachella Valley families who will trust 65 Check to keep their senior loved ones safe every single day.
